Who will be your team’s next culinary star? Put on your aprons, and get ready for a kitchen showdown! In this Mystery Box Kitchen Showdown, you will be presented with a black box menu that contains a variety of mystery ingredients
Within the stipulated amount of time, every member of the team has to work together to conceptualise and prepare your dish using the given ingredients (local spices, fresh vegetables, meat, grains, or any other staple items). Using your creativity and teamwork, each team has to prepare a menu of delicious hawker-style dishes to win the judges’ vote.
More than just a cooking class, this culinary challenge is an excellent choice for corporate team building because it promotes creativity, enhances communication by breaking down hierarchies, and encourages cultural awareness—all in a relaxed and fun environment.
KUEH DADAR COOKING CLASS
Team size: 4 to 30 pax
Learn how to make Kueh dadar, a popular Southeast Asian sweet snack, together with our experienced local chef! These rolled pandan crepes are filled with sweetened coconut and it’s a much-loved dessert found in Singapore and Malaysia. We’ll don on aprons, roll up our sleeves and make this dish from scratch together as a team.
Our in-house chefs are warm and friendly, with many years of experience teaching locals and foreigners alike. No cooking experience is required as well. We can accommodate beginners and experienced cooks alike, making this team building activity inclusive for everyone.
Besides learning a new culinary skill, this hands-on team building cooking class encourages collaboration and boosts camaraderie amongst team members. It’ll definitely leave a lasting impression that can strengthen team bonds long after the event.
