Cancellation Policy
- You will receive a full refund if we receive your cancellation notice at least 48 hours before your tour starts.
- If we cancel the tour, you will receive either a full refund or an alternative date/time
- There is strictly no refund:
– For cancellations made within 48 hours of the start of the tour
– For tours that were previously rescheduled by you
– If you arrive late and the group has departed
– If you fail to turn up, regardless of the reason
Minimum Departure Policy
Due to the min. requirement of 4 pax for the Singapore River Festival food tour to proceed, Let’s Go Tour reserves the right to contact the guest to do a reschedule to another slot/day, should the number of guests for the tour selected does not meet the minimum.
Rain Policy
Tours will still commence as per normal under drizzling or light rain conditions. Tours may be rescheduled under thunderstorms or heavy rain conditions. Rescheduling is done via the discretion of the guide.
