Aminah, your favourite makcik of Kampong Gelam, is back to take you on a special Ramadan-edition theatrical walking tour! Together with this animated makcik dressed in her signature floral baju kurung, you will explore the streets and shops of Kampong Gelam, and discover the colourful history and heritage behind this rich cultural enclave. You will also get to meet the people behind the thriving Kampong Gelam community and learn more about the real meaning of Ramadan.

Through memories from her childhood when she was growing up, you will see Kampong Gelam in a whole new light. Come, take a festive walk with Aminah, make some new friends and soak up the spirit of this blessed Ramadan period!

This Ramadan-special Aminah theatrical tour is organised in collaboration with One Kampong Gelam.

About The Aminah Theatrical Tour
Conducted in an immersive theatrical setting, our tour guide transforms into a fictional 86-yo makcik called “Aminah”. She is animated, fun-loving and dramatic. She also loves to share fascinating tales of her life story back in the early days of Singapore. Weaving in historical facts and theatrics, the stage is all set for an entertaining yet highly insightful experience.

Cancellation Policy (via Credit Card)

• Cancellations 48 hours prior to the tour will be refunded 100%.
• Cancellations 24 hours prior to the tour will be refunded 50%
• No cancellations or refunds for less than 24 hours to tour.

Minimum 8-Pax Departure Policy

Due to the min. requirement of 8 pax to proceed with the tour. Let’s Go Tour reserves the right to contact the customer to do a reschedule to another slot/day, should the number of guests for the tour selected is less than 8 pax.

Rain Policy

The Tour will continue to be conducted when there is light rain. In the event of a thunderstorm, a reschedule date will be provided.

Terms & Conditions

Temperature taking and health declaration are mandatory prior to the start of the Tour. Any participant that is not feeling well should not attend the tour.
